Message to be flawed or some sort of compromise has been made.

I recall when this occurred and the chip verified without any problems. The problem was not in the chip itself.

I think that the problem was likely more along the lines of a e-brake that someone forgot to release and a tailpipe sniffer that fell out of the tailpipe. The engine wouldn't even run at 19:1 and you can see by the chart that it was running rather smoothly, albeit with significantly less power than it should be producing, but like I said, e-brake. That was the 1st pull made on the car and I wouldn't be suprised if the e-brake was accidentally left on, but that doesn't explain everything.

Unfortunately Strictly Dyno's phone has been disconnected so I can't inquire with them on why the dyno pull started at 4300RPM and why the power was significantly higher at the very beginning of the run for a very short period. The chart is highly questionable and for all practical purposes, as a single pull with no other considerations, it is a useless chart.
